Mumbai septuagenarian Kalavatidevi Amarnath Yadav who is still grieving for her husband who died just a month ago, was beaten by her son, grandson and his wife who fractured her hand with a hammer when trying to force her to transfer the ownership of her Goregaon residence to them. When that did not work, they threw her out of her own home that was left to her by her late farmer husband. Kalavatidevi has four sons one of whom, Fulchand, lived in her home with his son Sahuchand and daughter-in-law Pramiladevi. Kalavatidevi lodged a complaint at the police station and was taken to hospital where her fractured hand was treated. Police have arrested all three accused in the case.
