Asian Americans file bias complaint against Harvard

NRINITIAharvardA group of Asian Americans are complaining that Harvard University and other Ivy League institutions are using racial quotas to admit other students instead of high-scoring Asians.

Over 60 Indian, Chinese, Korean and Pakistani groups filed a complaint with the Justice and Education departments, asking for an investigation, and saying these schools should stop using racial quotas or racial balancing.

Harvard says its approach to admissions has been found to be fully compliant with federal law.
