Bihar CM admits taking bribes from engineers

Speaking at a public meeting where teachers were present in Patna, Bihar Chief Minister Jitam Ram Manjhi said that 'more cost was being incurred in construction of pillars than bridges, and engineers over estimate the cost of a project and give him a commission, but he promised that he will not take any commissions from now on and instead use that money for the teachers of the state. Already under attack from the pro-Nitish camp for defying orders from the party leaders, the Bihar CM, who was expelled from the party, could be in serious trouble after this latest remark.
