Complaint against Air India pilot for upgrading son !

The Air India cabin crew association has sent a complaint to the Aviation Ministry against a flight captain who upgraded his son to first class on a flight. An earlier complaint was also filed against the official after his daughter was given a crew bunk seat meant for the first officer during a Newark to Mumbai flight. This came just after a whistleblower wrote to the Civil Aviation Authorities complaining about the Public Enterprises Secretary Ashok Pavadia who was upgraded to a first class seat on the instructions of the Chairman and Managing Director of Air India, Rohit Nandan. The Prime Minister's Office has now sought an explanation from Pavadia whose behaviour during the flight was less than polite, upsetting other passengers.
