Four blind girls walk the ramp for Miss India Contest

blindMissIndiaAt the State level Miss India Contest in Odisha, organised by the National Association for the Blind (NAB) and Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, four blind girls walked the ramp.

56 ladies participated in the Contest and four were selected including two totally blind girls Jhumuri Biswal and Snehaprabha Lenka and two pure blind
contestants, Rasmita Jena and Sandhyarani Patra.

The 4 winners will now be sent to Mumbai for the pre-finals and the finale of the event, that is scheduled in January 2017.
