Rahul Gandhi’s ‘cheat sheet’ amuses press and public

rgandhIn a recent session in Parliament, Rahul Gandhi responded to Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj’s speech with an acrimonious counter attack that included digs at PM Narendra Modi.

What was thought of as odd though is that Gandhi the Congress vice president apparently made notes of his talking points on a cheat sheet, which was captured by an alert photographer who obviously has a sense of humour.

The Telegraph carried a photo of Mr Gandhi’s cheat-sheet and the all-English scribbles were familiar, with some phrases quoting verbatim what the Congress leader had said in the Lok Sabha.

Union Minister Arun Jaitley did not waste a moment, when at a session of Parliament he commented that “People who read from a written script are often repetitive. However what amazed social media most was the fact that Gandhi wrote his Hindi phrases in English script, and even made a note about the “three monkeys of Gandhi”.
